Corella pears are small to medium in size. The smooth skin has a mixture of green and yellow hues with some red blushing. Their ivory to pale white flesh is creamy, moist, and crisp. Corella pears can be consumed when firm and crunchy or can be left to ripen fully and consumed when soft and creamy. Availability is usually from late April to September.

Packham pears have juicy white flesh with a rich flavour. When a Packham pear ripped the skin turns from green to light yellow. Medium to large in size. Peak season is from April to December.

Originated in Asia, Green / Brown Nashi pears have a creamy white flesh which is sweet, crisp and juicy. Nashi pear is unlike the typical European style pear, it's ready to eat and does not need time to ripen and soften.
